Meet David Wright

David Wright, the founder of Alaska Team Builders, brings over twenty years of experience in speaking, facilitating professional development  events, and leadership skills training. Having conducted hundreds of events & talks in small and large settings, David offers his service to meet your organization’s needs. With a passion for professional development, he created Alaska Team Builders LLC in order to assist organizations improve team cohesion, foster a more positive workplace culture, and boost overall productivity. David remains dedicated to helping people in The Last Frontier. As an Alaska resident, he is deeply committed to our local communities and making them a better place to work and live. David serves as a Major in the Alaska Army National Guard and is married with three teenaged children.
